RETURNS POLICY – CASSIA LONDON

1. Return Period

Customers have the right to notify us of a return within 14 days of receiving their order. After notifying us, the customer has a further 14 days to send the product back.

2. Return Conditions

A return will only be accepted if:

• The product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• Tags and original packaging are included where reasonably possible
• The product shows no signs of use, perfume odour, make-up stains, or damage
• The return has been registered in advance via hello@cassia-london.com

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, incorrect, or demonstrably defective.

As our products may be processed through international suppliers, the return address may differ from our business address. Always contact us first to request the correct return address before sending your return.

4. How to Register a Return

Please send an email to hello@cassia-london.com including:

• Order number
• Full name
• Email address used to place the order
• Reason for return
• Photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.

Shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded unless required by law or where we have made an error.

6. Exceptions

Returns may be refused if products are:

• Worn
• Washed
• Damaged
• Incomplete
• Returned outside the applicable return period

Important: Never send a return parcel without first receiving return instructions from us. Incorrectly sent returns may not be processed.
