At Cassia London, we offer free tracked shipping within the United Kingdom.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully approved.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Track & Trace

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information.

Please note that tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to become active after the courier has processed your parcel.

4. Free Shipping

We do not charge shipping fees for orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

At checkout, free tracked shipping will be displayed where applicable.

5. Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address when placing an order.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can still be changed.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, we will assist you by checking the available tracking information.

A parcel is not automatically considered lost if tracking temporarily stops updating. Each case will be reviewed individually together with the relevant shipping partner.

7. Customs & Import Charges
